RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
30-Day Returns
At Sanebu, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
This 30-day commercial return policy is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights and does not limit those rights in any way.
During the First 14 Days
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or in a country providing an equivalent right of withdrawal, you generally have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.
You may inspect and handle the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
If the product has been handled beyond what is necessary for such inspection and this results in a reduction in its value, we may apply an appropriate deduction from the refund in accordance with applicable law.
Days 15 to 30 – Sanebu Commercial Guarantee
After the statutory withdrawal period has expired, Sanebu allows you to request a return for up to 30 days after receiving your order.
Under this commercial guarantee, the product may have been opened and reasonably tested. However, it must be returned clean, complete, with any accessories supplied with it, and without damage resulting from misuse, negligence or excessive use.
This 30-day commercial guarantee does not replace your statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.

To help us process your return, please notify us of your decision before sending the product and include sufficient information for us to identify your order.
Where you exercise a statutory right of withdrawal, the product must be returned within the period required by applicable law.
Return Shipping Costs
If you return a product simply because you have changed your mind, the return shipping costs are your responsibility unless we state otherwise or applicable law provides otherwise.
Return shipping costs under our commercial guarantee between days 15 and 30 are also the customer's responsibility.
If the product received is defective, damaged, non-conforming or different from the product ordered, Sanebu will bear the necessary costs associated with the return or resolution of the issue in accordance with applicable law.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If your product is damaged, defective, does not conform to its description, or if you received the wrong item, contact us at contact@sanebu.com so that we can assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution.
Your statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods are separate from our 30-day commercial guarantee and remain available for the period provided by applicable law.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Certain products may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where provided by law, including certain personalised products, certain perishable goods and certain sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
Such exceptions will only be applied where they are legally applicable and relevant to the product concerned.
Purchasing a product at a reduced or promotional price does not remove your statutory consumer rights.
Exchanges
We generally do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like another product or variant, you may return the relevant product in accordance with this policy and place a new order.
Your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming products remain unaffected.
Statutory EU Right of Withdrawal
Where the European Union right of withdrawal applies to your purchase, you generally have 14 days from receipt of the product to inform us that you wish to withdraw from the contract, without providing a reason.
After exercising your right of withdrawal, you must return the product within the period required by applicable law.
Where a valid withdrawal is exercised, we will reimburse the amounts due to you, including the original standard delivery costs where required by law.
Any additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery option will not be refunded.
Refunds
After receiving your return, we may inspect the condition of the product to determine the applicable refund.
For returns made under the statutory right of withdrawal, the refund will be made no later than the period required by applicable law. Where permitted by law, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or evidence that it has been sent back.
Unless otherwise agreed, refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original order.
Under our commercial guarantee between days 15 and 30, the price of the returned product will be refunded when the conditions of this policy are satisfied. Original delivery charges are not refunded under this additional commercial return period unless otherwise required by law.
Once Sanebu has issued the refund, the time required for it to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
